The hotel truly shines when it comes to family-friendly amenities and activities. There's never a dull moment for kids, with plenty of organized activities and entertainment options throughout the day. One of the standout features is the dining experience. The all-inclusive package offers endless food options from morning till night, ensuring that even the pickiest eaters in the family will find something they enjoy. The breakfast deserves special mention – it's absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of fresh options, both local and international dishes. The staff here deserves high praise. Their kindness and attentiveness made our stay particularly pleasant. From the reception to the restaurant staff, everyone was consistently helpful and maintained a warm, welcoming atmosphere. For those interested in staying active during their vacation, the gym is well-equipped and maintained. The bar area is another highlight, offering an impressive selection of drinks and cocktails, all included in the all-inclusive package. A particularly nice touch is the free minibar in the room, which is quite generous and regularly restocked. While our overall experience was very positive, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve: - The outdoor pool, while beautiful, was quite cold during our October stay. A heating system would make it more enjoyable during the shoulder season. - The mattresses in our room showed signs of age and could use an upgrade to enhance sleeping comfort. - While the food quantity and variety are excellent, some dishes, particularly the meat options, could benefit from improved preparation to avoid being too dry.

I just loved this hotel! From the beginning, the greeting was very warm! In the room, there was a bottle of Champagne with fruits waiting to celebrate the vacation. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. All problems were solved quickly! Entertainment club for kids was also fun and diverse. Kids loved shows, disco, trampoline, playground and Pirate Club. Many thanks for it. Food was delicios and different every day, salads etc. were the same, but main dishes changed. Outside buffet was also cool option for kids, we almost didn't get our lunch as the buffet included all we needed. Baywatch did their job also well, communicated with children and were very polite. Location is good, nearby sea, but we didn't swam, because sea was cold and waves were too big this time.

I was wonderfully surprised when we checked out, that we were able to still have drinks and snacks whilst we waited in thr hotel area for our late afternoon flight.

The dining room offers a variety of options for kids and adults, and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed staying in the hotel almost the entire vacation because we had everything for a great vacation in the resort, the gift shop in the hotel offers some extra for the kids at an affordable price
